People are so, you know, they’re wonderful. You feel like home compared to some of the other dentist offices that you get a new person, a new person, a new person. Every time you go, it’s a new person, and I don’t enjoy that. They give you a 9 o’clock appointment. You know that you’re going to come in, and they’re ready for you. You don’t have to sit around and wait and wait and wait until they say, okay, come on in. I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. And when somebody tells me that they’re going to a dentist or something, I always put in this place because, you know, I always, I tell them. They are precise. They explain. It’s not a surprise what they’re doing. They give you exactly what they’re doing and exactly what they did and exactly what you’re going to receive or expect.

The first issue was I was having some difficulty because I needed a bridge right here. They took care of it right away and then this one in the back it was falling out and I was so ashamed that I would be dining with somebody and then my teeth would fall off. So he made a new one and it exactly it came out exactly the same. Now I’m going to keep coming just for the for the checkups every time because he did a fantastic job. If they have something wrong with their teeth and they good a good they have what a good job done they should come here.

I’ve been coming here for a while, for a long time. They’ve done really good work on me, Dr. Hunter, and I’ve also came before with Dr. Gonzalez. So the staff has always been really great, you know, very nice to me as well. And then I just needed a lot of dental work done, so I’ve got the majority of it done here. You know, they’re very friendly, they’re inviting. Dr. Hunter, he works with you. He also, like, whatever you need to get done, he works and says, you know, this is what we’re going to do today. This is the procedures, this is what’s going to happen. And it’s just very comfortable to talk to them and them understand what kind of dental work you need done. I just feel comfortable. It feels kind of like a place that you can trust to get your dental work done. Very, like, you feel at home.

Well, I needed some fillings, so I got some fillings done, and then I needed some crowns done, so he went over that. We went and looked through x-rays and stuff like that. Well, he’ll go through the process and tell you what’s going to happen, and he’s very informative on that. I like it because you’re in and you’re out, and you have your crown, it’s set, and so yeah, and you’re on It means a lot because, you know, you’re putting yourself, you know, in his hands basically to get the dental work done, and you know that he’s experienced. He knows what he’s doing, so yeah. Well, I think he’s, you know, I’ve been to most dental offices, so I think in El Paso, he, you know, he’s going to get the job done. He knows what he’s doing, and you feel comfortable coming to his office, and the staff is very friendly. Well, it just gives you confidence. It makes you happy during the day. You can smile, you don’t have to be hiding your smile. The confidence it gives you is great, yeah.

I was real apprehensive of going to the dentist because I didn’t go for a long time, but coming here made me feel so comfortable. The staff, the doctor is just excellent. The whole thing, you know, I’ve been in business for a long time with customer service and that’s number one in my book. They’re very meticulous on their performance. I mean, everything is just done like clockwork, even the scheduling, everything like that, but including the treatments, you know, they explain how they’re going to do the procedure very detailed and I like that. It’s almost like when you come here, Dr. Hunter and staff feels like family, you know, and that’s really nice. Makes that feeling of coming to the dentist less of a situation or less of a problem. The quality of care is excellent. Like I say, they’re very meticulous. The hygiene, everything like that is very important to me and it was just a very nice experience, the whole thing. Perfection would be a word that I would like to use because of the fact that number one, the outcome. My teeth, my smile, you know, I just was worried about it and number two is the way the staff is trained. I’m really into, like I say, customer service and that’s number one in my book.

I think the main issue in mine was cleaning. Cleaning, I neglected. My front of my teeth always looked good, but I knew I had issues and I kept putting it off. And finally, once I came the first time around, I knew what to expect and I was all gun-ho again. You know, I don’t have any issues with my teeth anymore. Something I don’t know why I was so afraid of doing and I’m Well, I mean, just starting with the x-ray, you know, they show you your x-ray. They’re very detailed on what they’re going to do and how they’re going to do it. And it doesn’t matter who you get in terms of the dental hygienist. They’re all trained. That’s my most impressive thing. They’re trained to the point where they know what they’re doing and you feel at ease and confident when you come here. Definitely come to Dr. Hunter. I am fully confident that anybody who comes here is going to feel just as confident and comfortable as I have been. Having a smile that makes me proud is very important to me because of my age. You know, I’m trying to still look as good as possible. I’m turning 67 pretty soon. Maintaining that first thing that people see is your smile, your teeth. You know, it says a lot about you and it was something that really did something to me in terms of happiness.

I like coming here because everybody’s very nice. Dr. Hunter is a very nice doctor. All the girls here are very nice. I’m very well liked here. It seems like every time I come here, they have like a sunshine coming in here because everybody’s like, wait, hi. So I like here. I have good experience here. Dr. Hunter is the best. He’s awesome. He’s an awesome doctor. He makes you feel like welcome and all of them are very nice. They’re very nice. They make you feel welcome and you feel secured with them. When I really need something done, they don’t hesitate to tell me when or what or nothing. They actually give me the time and they make me feel comfortable. I don’t have nothing like I have to wait and no. If I have some major stuff to be done, right away they’ll look for it to see if they have an opening and they give me right away.

Before I had like a straight teeth, white, then I was diabetic and I started losing teeth little by little. So I came here and that’s when Dr. Hunter made the major thing and gave me my smile back. Well he explained it to me, he explained to me what I needed and if I was happy to do what he was telling me and I told him yes. I am very happy, very happy to have a smile. I’m going to be 56 in September and I can smile and put my pictures now. Before it was like bad, I had some major issues but I’m glad I’m back. You’ll be happy and you will not be disappointed in here. They’ll make you feel like family, which that’s how I feel with them here. I feel like I’m family to them.
